Leisure Agents
We embrace agents with a passion for our industry who are pro-active sales people and marketers, and enjoy working as part of a team. There is no “cap” on earning potential. SABRE and CBPlus environment. (APOLLO in select areas.) Minimum 2+ years work experience in travel as well as personal travel experience preferred. Occasionally internships are available for those with limited experience but a desire to have a career in our industry.
Independent Contractors/At Home Agents
We welcome independent contractors who are pro-active sales professionals with a client following, and wish to be affiliated with a well-established, strong host agency with preferred relationships on both the leisure and corporate side. Corporate Travel Manager Responsibilities:
Reaching defined sales and business development goals. Must develop a pipeline of client prospects that develop into new client accounts. Create targets for increased sales from existing customers and new corporate sales . Client satisfaction year-over-year sales growth and client retention. Generate new sales in the Middle Market Segment, which focuses on accounts in the $50K to $3M range of air volume. Driving Results by focusing on key targets and effectively reaching out to the right number of prospects each week to achieve goals by using outside sales calls to solicit existing and new clients. Create and maintain professional, cooperative relationships with the Corporate travel Division, internal departments, vendors, internal and external clients and prospects. Be mobile and flexible to enable prospect meetings, networking opportunities and sponsorship events. Work some late evening and weekends as needed. Be a clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal. Use a weekly project planner to keep focus on Critical tasks and seize new opportunities. Familiar with SalesForce.com
